If you are still choosing an access option, use the Forex trading bot buying checklist to clarify compatibility, assistance and costs before proceeding.

1. Identify the platform, broker and instrument

The full New Hope PRO package supports connections through MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, FIX API and cTrader. Before configuration, identify the specific connection, trading account and instrument. A prepared configuration is intended for a particular set of operating conditions.

Full-package customers receive the broker list and assistance with this stage. Platform compatibility alone does not establish a particular broker’s conditions, execution quality or trading results.

2. Prepare the operating environment and quote feeds

Part one of the English New Hope PRO video demonstrates installation on a VPS. For background, read why VPS hosting matters for Forex trading. Check the instructions for your software version for the applicable environment requirements.

The full package includes integrated fast quotes at no extra charge. During setup, verify the quote connection and the instrument being used. Receiving quote data and connecting successfully to the trading account are separate checks.

The specific quote providers and composition of the New Hope PRO multifeed are not disclosed publicly. To compare quote streams using tick recordings, read why more ticks per second do not necessarily mean faster quotes, with an LMAX example and a guide to the testing tool in New Hope PRO.

3. Apply settings for the selected configuration

The full package includes prepared parameters for brokers and instruments. These provide a starting configuration, with a manager available to help apply it. If you change the broker or instrument, review the setup before reusing the previous parameters.

Values shown in the demonstration video belong to that recorded example. Use the instructions and configuration for your own setup, and discuss questions with the manager supporting the full package.

4. Verify connections before starting trading

The video covers broker connections, status indicators and the log. Work through the technical checks in order:

  1. Confirm that the trading connection is established.

  2. Check that quote data is arriving for the selected instrument.

  3. Review the log and resolve connection errors.

  4. Check that the selected strategy uses the intended connection and prepared parameters.

A green connection status confirms the technical connection. Execution quality and trading results need to be observed separately.

Once the configuration is prepared, use the execution and cost review sheet to reconcile submitted requests with actual fills.

5. Continue monitoring after setup

Prepared settings and automated execution still require oversight. Monitor connection status, log messages and whether actual conditions remain consistent with the configuration. The English videos cover operating times and lot sizing, followed by spread limits and other control settings.

Assess results using account data and actual execution conditions. New Hope reports provide additional material to discuss with a manager; they do not establish the future results of another account.

Frequently asked questions

Does the $500 option include brokers and presets?

No. The one-month evaluation includes New Hope PRO, instructions, free software updates and integrated fast quotes while the evaluation is active. Broker lists, prepared trading settings and trading-setup assistance are excluded; they are part of the $5,000 full package.

Can I extend the evaluation or take it again?

No. Evaluation access is available once per user for exactly one month, with no extension. This offer is not a monthly New Hope PRO rental.

Is the same evaluation available for New Hope Crypto?

No. These evaluation terms apply only to New Hope PRO. New Hope Crypto does not offer trial access.

Does the full package still require setup?

Yes. The platform, broker and instrument need to be selected, the appropriate configuration applied, and connections checked. Prepared settings and a personal manager help with these stages.

Are an automatic economic-news filter and proxy support available?

These features are not available as of 12 October 2026. Their discussion in the training videos concerned possible future product development.

For an older product, identify its exact name and release first. These archive entries help frame migration questions; use the current manual for today's configuration.

Check the connection details for your platform

For an MT5 account, check how hedging and netting change position handling. For a cTrader connection, compare the documented roles of FIX API and Open API rather than treating the interfaces as interchangeable. Then review the quote-delivery checks for the selected feed and instrument.

Considering a prop-firm account?

Check the exact programme’s automation and strategy rules before connecting the software. Our New Hope PRO prop-account compatibility checklist separates technical connection, provider permission and risk controls. For a two-account configuration, read how 2Legs relates to two prop-firm accounts: each account retains its own execution and loss limits.
