Choosing a Forex trading bot starts with a specific task. You need to understand the strategy, the conditions it depends on and what must be prepared before launch. A “best bot” label or an attractive chart without context cannot answer those questions.
The following criteria help you compare paid products and understand the two ways to access NH PRO. The distinction matters: buying software is not the same as preparing a complete working configuration.
1. Purpose and strategy
Ask which data informs the signal and what conditions lead to a trade. If the product is designed for arbitrage, consider that purpose when discussing the broker, quote sources and infrastructure.
NH PRO is a Forex arbitrage trading system. It requires configuration and human oversight. For a broader explanation of automation, see the guide to automated Forex trading.
Before comparing offers, write down your platform, intended instruments, experience and questions about the software. This helps establish whether you want independent access to explore the interface or a package with prepared settings and assistance.
2. Connections and broker conditions
Confirm compatibility with the specific account and instruments you intend to use. MT4 or MT5 support describes an interface; it does not establish that every broker’s execution conditions are suitable. NH PRO also supports FIX API and cTrader.
The standard full NH PRO package includes five fast quote sources: two in London, two in New York and one in Tokyo. Consider those sources together with the configuration and the actual connection to the broker.
Identify your platform, broker and account type, if already selected.
List the instruments you intend to use.
Ask which conditions and settings must be confirmed before launch.
Check the conditions of the specific account and whether the broker permits your intended strategy. Discuss a suitable configuration with the manager: account terms, instruments and execution conditions need to be considered together.
3. Package contents and assistance
Compare the scope of access, configuration and support alongside the price. The $5,000 full NH PRO purchase includes:
The NH PRO robot.
A broker list for use with the system.
Ready-made settings for brokers and trading instruments.
Assistance from a personal manager with preparation and setup.
Settings depend on account and instrument conditions, so recheck the configuration when those conditions change. The NH PRO setup guide explains the preparation sequence.
Use the NH PRO 1.5.24 user manual to explore the operating sections and parameters. Before paying, identify what you can do independently and where you expect help. Access to instructions and assistance configuring trading are different parts of an offer.
4. What the $500 evaluation includes
The NH PRO evaluation lasts one month, is available once per user and cannot be extended. It is not a rental or the full package. For $500, you receive only the robot and instructions for personal familiarisation with the software.
The evaluation excludes the broker list, ready-made settings and assistance configuring trading. Choose it to explore the software independently, not as a way to obtain the complete package at a lower price. The evaluation and full purchase serve different purposes.
Define what you want to examine: the interface, available parameters or operating workflow. If you need broker-specific settings and setup assistance, do not expect them in the evaluation. Paid access alone does not establish that your trading configuration is ready.
5. Software price and other costs
The software package price is not the complete operating budget. Trading capital, infrastructure and applicable trading costs are separate considerations. Establish which expenses apply to your intended arrangement instead of deriving the total budget from the robot’s price.
Discuss how you will review commissions, spread and actual execution after preparing a configuration. The execution and trading-cost review guide helps frame that analysis. It does not establish a universal deposit, operating budget or payback period.
6. Evidence and ongoing control
Ask about the reporting period, software version, settings, starting capital, deposits and withdrawals, costs and drawdown. Establish whether an example represents a real account or a simulation. Without comparable conditions, comparing headline percentages explains little.
Start with New Hope’s published trading reports and questions about the configuration. Past results do not guarantee future profit. The ability to monitor operation and understand how to stop the system also matters.
An interface demonstration, an educational example and a real account history answer different questions. Request context when it is missing.
Discuss the appropriate option
Send an enquiry specifying whether you are considering the one-time NH PRO evaluation or the full purchase. The manager can help clarify the task and package before payment. If your task concerns a cryptocurrency exchange, consider NH Crypto separately; no trial is available for that product.
Include your platform, intended broker, instruments and main question so the team can discuss compatibility and assistance specifically. Do not submit passwords or other access credentials.
